As a result, and in full compliance with the court's order, we are no longer permitted to sell or distribute these specific products through our platform.

This is a civil patent matter separate from any federal classification issues—FRTs consistent with the described reset mechanics remain legal under the 2025 settlement terms between Rare Breed and the United States government.
