    Because, you’ve made it to our site.  Perhaps you made a purchase. And now, you have questions.  Well before calling our lovely customer support ladies, at least glance at this.  They’ll get an attitude with you so be careful!  Vicki is tired of your bullsh*t.

  • WTF IS A REFLEX TRIGGER?

    It’s a patented pull and release technology. Translation: this trigger goes bang, reset, bang,ya know, on pull and release

  • DO YOU HAVE TRIGGERS FOR OTHER PLATFORMS?

    Currently we have the G-Flex drop-in Glock Performance Trigger, and the Flex 3MR for AR platform. We also carry various assisted reset and reflex triggers for the AR platform from some of the top manufacturers in the industry. Stay tuned for new product drops!     Our client care guys will schedule a video call with you to check out anything that might resolve the issue. If they determineyour trigger to be defective, they’lltell you what comes next.

  • IT DOESN’T FIT?

    (That’s what she said)


    G-Flex triggers are drop in triggers for Glocks. You will need to check what Gen Glock you have and order the appropriate trigger. (Ex: Gen3, Gen4, Gen5)  


    All AR drop-in triggers fit standard mil-spec AR lower receivers.  

    G-Flex fits the following Glock Models: Platform: GLOCK 17, 19, 22, 23, 26, 27, 19X, 45, 47, 31, 32, and 33

    For other unanswered product specifications, refer to the manufacturer. 

  • MY TRIGGER DOESN’T WORK !?!?

    First, relax.  Don’t panic.  Our client care specialists will hop on a call with you to troubleshoot and most times a little adjusting here and there will do the trick. You’ll be back on the range emptying mags faster than you can hang up the phone.

    If they decide the trigger is defective, you have options which you can find in the Shipping and Returns section.  

  • WHEN WILL MY TRIGGER GET HERE ???

    We’re not Amazon or Santa Claus, and we rely on shipping carriers just like normal people

    MOST of our products ship within 5 to 7 business days(That’s business days, weekends and holidays don’t count.)
    HOWEVER, some specialty triggers (
    obviously) will take longer to ship due to manufacturing timeA lot of these are manufactured in small batches and go through rigorous quality control checks before being sent to usOnce we receive them, you can bet your a$$ we’re mailing it out to you same or next day. 

  • I DIDN’T GET A TRACKING NUMBER!!

    It’spossible your order has not shipped yetIt’s also possible that it has, and you just didn’t get the emailIn this case, go ahead and reach out to our support team and they’ll be happy to check for you. (Hope you catch them on a good day.)

  • I MADE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT BUT MY ORDER ISN’T IN THERE

    If you order as a guest, and THEN make a customer account, your account will not show the guest order you placedAny future orders will be stored in your account for your reference. 

  • Shipping Protection FAQ (cause protection is always a good idea)

    • WHAT IS SHIPPING PROTECTION? 

    Optional shipping protection on your order (1.5% of your order total) guarantees that if the carrier loses or damages your order, we will replace or refund your order.  (Minus shipping fees and taxes) 

    • HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM? 

    Lost or Damaged package?  With Shipping Protection, our support team will handle the claim for you.  Contact [email protected] with the details and leave the rest to us!

    • IS THERE A SPECIFIC TIME TO FILE THE CLAIM?

    Yes.  Contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date to begin your claim. 

    • WILL YOU REFUND OR RESHIP MY ORDER?

    Yes.  If the item(s) are in stock, we will ship a new one within 5-7 business days.  If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll process a refund for you. 

    • HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

    We will process your refund immediately, but depending on your financial institution it can take up to 7 business days to be credited to your payment method.  

    • WHAT IF I DIDN’T PURCHASE SHIPPING PROTECTION AND MY DELIVERY IS LOST OR STOLEN? 

    If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, you will be responsible for filing any shipping claims or reporting a lost package to the carrier.  We will assist by providing any information you may need.  If your package is stolen, you’ll need to file a police report to assist your claim.  Once the claim has been settled and you have documentation from the carrier, we will then be able to refund or reship your order, depending on the outcome.

  • I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

    We are unable to cancel orders once they are prepared for shipment. You may cancel your order anytime up to that point. Keep in mind, our triggers sell out quickly and you may not get another shot at ordering! (Also, aren’t the BEST things in life worth waiting for?)   

  • ORDER STATUS

    My order still says processing!

    Your order status will say “processing” until it has shipped. It will then change to “Complete.”  You’ll also get an email with your tracking number so you can wait by the mailbox.

  • What sort of warranty comes with the Tac-Con 3MR AR trigger?

    The Tac-Con 3MR trigger comes with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your Tac-Con 3MR breaks or becomes defective during that time, it will be repaired or replaced–at no charge to you. Normal wear-and-tear does not qualify as a defect.

    The 30-day limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, disassembly, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product. The warranty is non-transferable.

    If Performance Triggers cannot repair your Tac-Con 3MR trigger in working order of equal or better physical condition, it will be replaced with a new one.

    Performance Triggers assumes no liability for any legal action brought against the owner, seller, purchaser, or user of the Tac-Con 3MR trigger. Any legality questions you have regarding the laws about the purchase of this product in your state should be directed to a licensed attorney. Performance Triggers is not liable for any damages or loss of warranties to your firearm as a result of the installation and use of the Tac-Con 3MR trigger.

  • Is the Tac-Con 3MR trigger legal in California? Can you ship the 3MR trigger to California?

    Yes! The Tac-Con 3MR is a semi-automatic trigger, 3 position trigger and is available for shipping to all 50 states.
