Shipping:

We can ship virtually to any address within the U.S.A. dependent for some products on local laws and jursidictions. We try to place highlighted text listing states with restrictions and keep them up to date, laws change however, and it is ultimately up to you to be familiar with local laws. Due to restrictions on some items, those items cannot be shipped internationally. 

In general, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process. Some orders may also be delayed depending on carrier transport times. We assure you, we are doing all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us with your order number available. We will try our best to get that canceled however the order may be too far along in processing and unable to be cancelled. If we are able to cancel within a week from the placement of the order, you will be charged a 10% Cancellation fee. Please note a tracking number will be provided upon label creation, carriers generally pick up shipments every afternoon. 

 

Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however if you are not, before requesting an exchange, you must contact the manufacturer. Our team is here to help get you in contact with the appropriate manufacturer so that they can troubleshoot any issues you might be having with your product and work towards a solution that ensures you enjoy it. 

Usually the manufacturer will do their best to resolve your concerns and avoid the need for an exchange with troubleshooting! If for any reason you are having trouble or defect of your product following troubleshooting steps with the manufacturer, we can arrange an exchange for you. Timeframe of exchange is dependent upon product availablility.  You are limited to 2 exchanges. General wear and tear will  void the manufacturer warranty in most cases but not a purchased LIFETIME WARRANTY. The original item MUST be returned for an exchange of product. 

 

30 Day - GENERAL RETURN TERMS: 

You must contact us within 30 days for a return and refund. Our restocking fee is 20%. This covers inspection and re-inventory of the products. We will waive the restocking fee in the case of: incorrectly shipped items, site description errors, or if the product is determined to be defective by our Client Care team. 

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and approve your return request. Performance Triggers does not cover the costs to ship the items back to us, in the case of an exchange we will ship that to you for free. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless PerformanceTriggers.com is found at fault

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for refund. Please contact us for return inquiries.
