You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We can ship virtually to any address within the U.S.A. Due to restrictions on some items, those items cannot be shipped internationally.

We will try our best to get that canceled however the order may be too far along in processing and unable to be cancelled.
