Is the G-FLEX trigger legal to own?
Yes. The G-FLEX trigger is legal to own. The G-FLEX does not make your firearm a full-auto machine gun. Due to its design, it only allows one round for each pull of the trigger and one round for each release.

Will the G-FLEX trigger only run in GLOCKs?
The G-FLEX was designed as a high-performance, pull and release GLOCK trigger. It was tested extensively in Glock 17’s and 19’s, Generations 3, 4, and 5. Theoretically it will work in a GLOCK clone, possibly with some modification.
What is required for the G-FLEX trigger to run properly?
The G-FLEX trigger works best with stock GLOCK parts. Aftermarket slides, springs, connectors, frames, and other aftermarket parts may impede the function of the Reflex Trigger Technology due to incongruent tolerances and fitments.
The G-FLEX trigger performs best with standard 115 gr., 124 gr., and 147 gr. ammo in regular conditions.
The G-FLEX trigger can be utilized with dedicated GLOCK suppressors or suppressors with appropriate piston devices designed to properly operate with GLOCKs.
How do I get it to work?
To properly activate the G-FLEX’s Reflex Trigger Technology, the trigger must be fully depressed and fully released to unleash the follow-up reflex round.
To prevent the second follow-up reflex round from firing, while the trigger is depressed, you must drop the magazine and rack the slide to clear the weapon before releasing the trigger.
What sort of warranty comes with the G-FLEX trigger?
The G-FLEX trigger comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your G-FLEX breaks or becomes defective during that time, it will be repaired or replaced–at no charge to you. Normal wear-and-tear does not qualify as a defect.
The one-year limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, disassembly, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product. The warranty is non-transferable.
I ordered a G-FLEX trigger and my friend ordered his on the same day. He already received his, but I haven’t received mine. What’s going on?
We use USPS and UPS for all our shipping. Depending on the day and time your package is picked up and received by USPS, there is an approximately 2–3-day window for delivery.
We don't have any control over the delivery process other than to make sure your item ships.
Will the G-FLEX trigger work with the GLOCK 43x, Slimline, or other GLOCK models not specified?
Due to the fixed length of the G-FLEX enhanced trigger bar, the G-FLEX is not compatible with the GLOCK 43x, Slimline models, or other GLOCK models that are not specified.
The G-FLEX is only compatible with the following GLOCK models:
- Gen 3, Gen 4, Gen 5:
- GLOCK 17, 19, 22, 23, 26, 27, 19x, 45, 47, 31, 32, and 33
Is the G-FLEX trigger legal everywhere? Can you ship the G-FLEX trigger to all 50 states?
No. The G-FLEX is a semi-automatic pull and release trigger, but we are not able to ship it to all 50 states due to state-specific restrictions that may affect the G-FLEX trigger.
We will not ship the G-FLEX to the following states:
California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Virginia, Washington state, and Washington D.C.

Is the G-FLEX trigger a Binary trigger?
No. This is a pull and release trigger that uses Reflex Trigger Technology. The term “binary trigger” is trademarked by another company.
Does the G-FLEX trigger infringe upon Franklin’s Binary patent?
No. According to the manufacturer’s legal team of patent and trademark experts, after extensive research was done on existing patents related to pull and release technology, they are confident that there is no infringement on existing intellectual property.
